"We loved the convenience and style of this little place. It comfortably slept 4 adults and had room for us to watch TV together and kitchen was also well equiped for our needs. Parking on the street was not a problem. I was worried about not being able to find a spot but there were plenty. There is some highway noise but didn't keep us from enjoying our stay or sleeping. I would book again."

"This unit was clean and felt safe. It’s right at one mile from Broadway (within walking distance), and also has some nice places close by. Loved having breakfast right done the block at Tostique. Main down side was how close the RR tracks are and the trains were noisy. The tracks are literally right outside the windows. No views to speak of if that is important to you. Light sleepers may have an issue with tithe trains. "

"The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch...
