The service from staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable but the noise from the A/C was horrible, we woke up many times as it went one and off with loud clanging.

Beautiful rooms, classy. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the city. Best room service I’ve had in a long while. Convenient to the core of the city. We walked everywhere. Borrows bikes from the desk and rode the waterfront and through Stanley Park. First indoor pool I’ve ever seen with a DJ.
