Boat Friendly Fish Camp in Copahee Sound/offshore fishing

This Property is located in the unincorporated section of mount pleasant,SC. It is completely gated, security cameras and buildings are monitored by ADT. The Copahee Sound is a hidden gen that people come to fish the tidal creeks, pack a picnic, bring kayaks/ paddle boards in order to explore the islands and inlets that open up into the intercoastal waterways. we have a driveway that can accommodate up to a 42 ft boat or 45ft RV. If you could please let us know prior to booking so we can plan accordingly. We are 25/30 mins give or take with traffic from downtown and about 15 mins for Isle Of The Palms, 25 mins for Sullivian's island and folly 45 mins to an hr depending on traffic. We are a family of 3 that lives in the main home. You will find the neighborhood is quiet. Great peaceful walking or riding bikes. People are friendly and enjoy walking their dogs or taking them on a ride on the golf carts.

Quiet and close to everything
Our daughter lives in the area and it was very convenient to be able to see her. It was away from all the hubbub and in a quiet neighborhood yet it was a good starting point for all the area has to offer. Not too far from the IOP Conn for beach access. Actually more room than we thought.

Spring Visit
Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place.

Dog Beach Trip
Perfect space for a beach weekend adventure that includes your fur child. Neighborhood was quiet, easy to walk and property had a nice fenced in area for our dog. In addition, you are no more than 20 minutes away from beach!
