So disappointed and don’t stay at the hotel! The smell as soon as you open the door was so bad. I had drive 13 hours and just wanted a little sleep! I had to leave at 430 in the morning because I couldn’t breathe mildew. Used at bar of soap in the bathroom shower. Every thing was broken in some way. Door to the fridge seal was broke and wouldn’t shut. Lampshades had years of dust and mildew growing on them. Needs to be burnt down! There’s no fixing it 😞

It's location is convenient, breakfast could be better, lobby was clean but my room looked like they did a quick sweep and not a deep clean. It was ok either way , I just needed a place to sleep.

Room had not been vacuumed. Cracked sink. Nasty bathtub. Dead bugs . No drinking glasses. Only one trash can. They have not refunded incidentals money yet. Poor lighting outside. Everything looked like it was old and in disrepair. Blanket had two cigarette burns. Coverlet stained. Chair stained. A nightmare!

High fee $30 for pet. No ice bucket. The sign for hotel was out so we drove right past it. Furniture was broken. Tub looked uninviting. The whole place needs renovating. Depressing. I took plenty of photos; $50 deposit.

First room assigned smelled of mildew, rejected and changed. Pool was closed for unknown reasons. Complimentary breakfast really “sucked”! Coffee and juice machines were out of order. Gravy for brisket was not even warm. Butter for waffles was refrigerated and too cold to spread on waffle. Eggs were cold. Microwave should be installed in the area for the customers use to warm cold served breakfast.

The room was in considerable disrepair and there were dead and LIVE bugs everywhere. I canceled and stayed somewhere else but the property refused to wave the fees. I would steer clear of this one!

Dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. Our room stunk so bad we couldn't breathe. The carpet looked like someone had vomited all over it and it wasn't cleaned well. It had multiple stains. Bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them and white sheets had some black staining all over. Electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. Lampshades were stained yellow from smoke. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I'm certain it would not pass health inspection. We checked in and turned around and checked right back out. We lost all our money that was paid and checked in to the extremely clean La Quinta down the road. We weren't taking chances with bed bugs when the room was so filthy we couldn't even take our shoes off. Management would not respond to us or our calls. Expedia should remove this atrocity from their site.

Moldy broken downed facility. Should be condemned! Advertise pool no pool opened. Advertised hot breakfast. Waffles only. No coffee no juice. Cold cereal only with watered down milk! Fabric chairs were old and filthy! I would like a full refund

Surprise fees and dirty room, not a great stay.
Room was extremely dirty, including hair in the bathtub. Furniture was broken. Broken lock on inside of room. We booked this hotel because of price because we were in town last minute visiting family that was ill. Online stated they were pet friendly, when we checked in they didn't say anything about pets and then part way through stay front desk charges pet fee that is more than our entire stay. We were literally gone all day every day visiting family and at night time the dogs were kenneled. I don't see how that extra fee goes towards any kind of deep cleaning or room maintenence. Had we known the pet fee was so outrageous, we would have booked a nice hotel closer to where our family was.

The stay we had was the worst stay I've ever experienced. The A/C wasnt working the pool was awfully dirty and not in use.
