Always a pleasure
Been staying here for two nights each July for about eight years. We use it as a base to access Mt Buller. The cabins are well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts are the loveliest people you could ever meet. They bake bread and muffins for you. Will continue to stay.

Great holiday Cottage with woodfire
Stayed in the Red cottage. The cottage was roomy, clean and cosy. From the start, the hosts were welcoming provided valuable information about the cottage. The cottage itself was homely and spacious. Two bedrooms, a well presented bathroom and cooking facilities. The cottage also had a wood fire that warmed the whole cottage. The owners also provided many home comforts such as freshly baked bread, jams selection, freshly baked cookies, breakfast cereals, french press coffee and tea. They also provide hot water bottles. The cottages are close to lake Eildond and a short drive to Mansfield and Jamieson and look out over mountains. The cottage is a great relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life and a unique stay.

Great family stay
We stayed at Maggie and David’s cottages for 3 nights in April, with our daughters aged 10 and 14 and all had a great time. The cottages are warm and cosy and allthough they seemed small to start with allowed us to spend great quality time together. We loved the great welcome and service frim Maggie et the homemade bread, cookies and delicious muffins! Looking at the property from the deck was a really chilled experience with many birds, magpies and parrots coming to visit, kangaroos and an amazing sky at night.

STRAW BALE COTTAGE UNIQUE DESIGN
We booked the morning of arrival which was not supposed to happen as it disrupted the normal host communication /welcome. Maggie (host) made up for this 1000%. We loved the "feel" of the place and their novel house (you have to book a stay andd see for yourself). The cottages are getting on but not really dated and their cosy charm is wonderful.
