I definitely did not know what to expect, but was beyond pleased with what we found! The cabin was spotless! Soonhui greeted us within minutes of arrival and explained the layout of the site, and was super friendly! Loved everything about it, would not hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Trout Creek in Payne lake family campground It was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed for a weekend camping trip. Any small issues were quickly resolved by the friendly hosts. Our unit didn’t have a shower, but showers (clean & well maintained) were available a short walk away so that didn’t bother us much. My family loved the playground. It was just a short twenty minute drive to Waterton, so a great base from which to explore the national park. We wished our stay was longer and look forward to returning in the future.

Very enjoyable stay
We had a wonderful 2 nights in the cabin. We absolutely loved the back deck surrounded by trees and the obstacle course was really fun. The beds were super comfortable too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner and her husband. We got a flat tire and they were so kind and accommodating. It’s a quiet, peaceful short drive to many of the hikes in Waterton.

Tidy Little Cabin
Cabin is small but very clean and with all the amenities including a small but full functional kitchen and secluded back patio. My family used the cabin as a base for Waterton Lakes National Park on the Canadian side and Glacier National Park on the US side for which it was great. There’s a little playground and obstacle course on the campground property that my kids enjoyed. One thing to note is there’s no shower in the cabin - there are quarter-fed showers on the property.
