Good insulation for noise, though. Parking off-street behind the unit. There seems to be a minor ant problem - but nothing major. I'd stay there again."

"Cole was an excellent host he let us drop off our luggage well before checkin. He told us about Pikes place where we stocked up on foods for our stay. We were able to make meals without needing anything extra every thing was there. The outdoor area was spectacular. I and the rest of our party would recommend this gem to anyone. After 2 1/2 weeks in Alaska this was a perfect ending before heading back to New Hampshire thanks again Dawn, Brian, Christine and Charlotte"

"Went to Seattle for a concert at T-Mobile Park. Was there for a week. The house is older but have charm! We had no issues during our stay. We communicated with the host before and during our stay. Everything matched what was described / as seen. We really liked the location. It was near a lot of things and easy to access Downtown as well as the other areas. We got around mostly using the scooters which was a blast, Seattle has a great bike road system. I would recommend this stay to anyone!"
