"This was our second trip to this property and it was still great. Situated on the mountainside , in a small quiet cluster of properties, its only 5-10 minute drive to 2 gondolas accessing the ski slopes. The skiing was great. The property is very clean and comfortable. We hired both the house and apartment below, which has an indoor adjoining staircase. The children loved the bedrooms in the eaves. We mostly self catered and had everything that we needed. Loved lighting a fire for the soapstone...

And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. "Nothing could have prepared us for how special and unique this location was. The home lies in a stone village on an enchanted mountain woven with waterfalls and mists. The host was gracious, has an excellent kitchen for cooking, and a special set of fireplaces to keep you warm in winter. Traveled with a small dog too, who also very much enjoyed this magical spot. "Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Grengiols verbracht und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Ort, ist aber trotzdem ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Anreise mit dem Zug muss man berücksichtigen, dass der Bahnhof ein ganzes Stück unterhalb des Ortes liegt. Der Weg ist aber auch mit Gepäck machbar. Im Dorfladen gegenüber gibt es sogar frische Brötchen und auch sonst eigentlich alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Great hotel only 3-4 mins walk from the train station and 3-4 mins from the town centre. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only minor issue is that the room was very warm, even with the heating off and window open all night. Great for winter, not so good for summer. But I would still happily stay here again. "

"A great place to stay for the night or longer. The room was clean, bathroom good and nice balcony with stunning views. Breakfast was great. Wi-fi could be stronger. But the management was exceptionally nice and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!"
