"The rooms are a bit dated. The hallways had a stale smell. We were there just for the one night but it didn’t seem to be a luxury 5 star property as it was made out to be. "

"Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. "

"The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. Toiletries could be improved upon. The corridor carpets are worn out. Plus side Swimming pools Staff - all areas working hard Variety of food in the restaurant Availability of pool side towels Evening entertainment Pool aerobics classes"

"Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working. "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...
