"The staff were commendable. They went out of their way to satisfy us. The gym facilities were very good and were accessible during our short stay. The room was of a generous size with cushioned chairs, a desk and chair a tv and comfortable twin beds. There was not enough drawer space but that was our only criticism. "Beds are riddled with bedbugs. Had to go to Doctor who confirmed it was bites from bedbugs and had to get a prescription. Despite the evidence the hotel tried to deny but nobody working behind the desk are medical experts so no refund despite having to move hotel !!! Avoid at all costs - absolutely disgusting"

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."
