"This is a beautiful home. Check in was easy, the property owner is very responsive to questions, and he didn't ask us to do dishes, laundry, or clean bathrooms on our way out. We did start a load of towels for them anyway!This property had everything we were looking for - lots of space (we had 7 people and it never felt crowded), beautiful, upgraded bathrooms (my husband loved the Toto toilet), a hot tub that was sparkling clean, a fire pit, and a well stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms have queens, the master has a king, and the 4th bathroom has two bunk beds that are a single over a double each. Lots of space! The neighborhood is quiet and at the very top of the hill. Convenient to Incline Village. Everything was clean and there were lots of little extra touches that are so appreciated when you're on vacation - plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, washing machine soap, paper towels, etc.If I had to pick one thing to find fault with, it's advertised as having a lake view but it doesn't really. You CAN see a small wedge of the lake through some trees when you're on the main level, but it's not exactly an amazing, exceptional view. It's just a small thing and all of the other perks to the house far outweigh the lack of a grand view. Overall, this house is fabulous and you won't be disappointed!"

"Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. Great sleeping in the master bedroom with the window open, listening to the lake. You could hear the sound of soothing waves throughout the space. Dad's favorites: the wood-burning fireplace and excellent collection of jazz vinyl records that we listened to. Mom's favorite: the magnifying mirror in the bathroom :) The separate thermostats made it easy to adjust temperature for each person's space. Main recommendation - don't shower while running the laundry if you like warm showers :( The location was great for easy grocery shopping options and souvenirs. We LOVED sunset at Bonsai Rock a short drive away. "
