"Directions getting us to the Hotel were odd, we couldn't find an actual address. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the Hotel and what it had to offer. Instant coffee in the room was a disappointment. Aside from that it was good ...we would stay again! "

"We stayed in room on the ground floor. After being in the room a short time I noticed a terrible smell, like someone urinated on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. After checking around I found the spot. I made several calls to the front desk, someone was sent down to investigate. After several more calls Eugenia was sent to the room. Eugenia was the evening manager that night, she made arrangements for us a different room and dinner for us that night. She did a great job taking care of us and everything for the room. I know this isn’t the normal thing at this beautiful resort, everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. We were told the room would be professional cleaned. "

"Stayed here with my partner for 6 days. Clean and comfortable and a short walk into the town centre. Had breakfast in a Sheahans garage a 5 min walk up the road as was better value there. Hotel also has a swimming pool and i was able to book a Ring of Kerry bus tour from reception. Staff are very helpful"

"Great spot in Killarney! Easy walk from train station to the hotel. Free wifi, has a great spot for breakfast/lunch spot at the hotel. The room has all the amenities that anyone could need on their trip. Walking distance to downtown area for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!!"
