"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."

"Place was nicely located on main tourist street and steps from multiple restaurants, bakeries, and hiking trails. While the apartment was large and well laid out, it could use a little love in two areas: walls and beds. The paint was really dinged up and walls were dirty, needs to be repainted. Also the beds in the master with en-suite bathroom were bad. For the master suite you should have a queen or king bed, not two twins shoved together. Plus the sheets were rough and mattresses were cheap...

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. However, we still had a wonderful stay and recommend the area and the property."

"This is a sprawling complex that is tucked away from the main part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen but still accessible via car, taxi, bus, or even just a nice walk. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. This was plenty of room two parents and two adult children (though they did have to sleep in bunk beds which was throwback to childhood memories). I also enjoyed the free taijiquan class in the adjacent training facility. We plan to stay again."

The location isn't ideal for walking with luggage from the train station. Its about a 30 minute walk. However they will give you a city card for the bus network. Very happy with our experience and would happily stay again. "
