"Als wir 16:30 Uhr angereist sind, kam erst das Putzteam an[c/i Zeit ab 16 Uhr stand in der Reservierungsbestätigung]. Wir haben uns noch 2 Stunden vertan, und kamen dann gegen 19 Uhr an, der Schock war groß, es wurden zwar neue Betten bezogen, jedoch wurde das Haus nicht geputzt, es war noch schmutzig ..."
