"Had a great stay at River Ness Hotel! The place is modern, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Inverness. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Big shoutout to Rahul and Chinmay for being so friendly and helpful! Their excellent service made the stay even better. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but it’s not a major issue. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Boiler went out on the hot water and heat for a few hours the first day, but they were able to bring it back up quickly. The staff was friendly and the bar/lounge was fantastic."

"Friendly check in and an uneventful stay. In a good way. Room was clean and a good size for my fiancée’s wheelchair, and the accessible bathroom was excellent. Only issue was the air conditioning which ran all night despite it being turned off. Led to a fitful sleep. "

"We stayed here only for one night but it was not enough! The property was amazing! The staff wonderful, friendly and courteous. The restaurant was lovely, though we only had breakfast there it was quite nice. The bar was great many different whiskeys and cocktails available. Now to the best part our room. We stayed in apartment 3 well worth the money and wished we had booked more than one night there! 2 separate rooms both with king size (very comfortable) beds, 2 full bathrooms, a wonderful little kitchen which included everything you would need for a lengthy stay; even a clothing washer/dryer combo. Living room, very comfortable dining area for 4 and lastly a lovely outdoor patio. We visited with our daughter who adored having her own separate area. This is definitely where we will be staying when we return with friends!! "
