"This is probably the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed in! It’s modern, spacious, with great appliances and a beautiful view of Brixen. We came for a ski trip using the Dolomiti Superski Pass. We skied at Gar Valdena a few days (about 40 minutes away), but our favorite was the PLOSE mountain, just 15 minutes from the house - long, wide slopes. The jacuzzi after skiing was a big plus. There are also ski boot heaters, which we used also to heat our gloves. Don’t hesitate to rent this home....

"The hosts offered a very detailed folder explaining about the property, local restaurants, groceries and opening times, as well as things to do locally whilst in the area. We also were given Klaus cards which allowed us free/ discounted access to local attractions and transport. The property was clean and tidy and had everything you might need. "Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Tage im Valentin36 verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Alles war picobello sauber, sehr gemütlich und warm eingerichtet. 100% Barfuß Faktor;) ! "Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. A wonderful stay in Bressanone!

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "
