5* hotel but on the bottom end of 5*. Service needs a lot of work. Pros: - Relatively clean - Nice swimming pool - Comfortable bed - Affordable - Staff generally have good intentions to try and help Cons: - Checkin was basic - Staff didn't advise any details, i.e. restaurant locations or times, breakfast times, spa times etc. This is expected at check-in. - Checkin didn't notify that I couldn't post charges to the room - Ordered a parcel to the hotel, however it was rejected. I had to waste time coordinating re delivery and hotel acceptance before I received my parcel. Below 5* standard. - Room door didn't close properly - Door lock was broken - Safe didn't work - Cream bottle was empty - Issues calling room service - they did not answer 3 times in a row - Hotel internet is poor - Room service struggled to take payment because their terminal couldn't connect to their internet. Eventually they had to come back later because my food was getting cold. - Advertise a foot massage on the room menu, however staff have no idea and it isn't available - Advertise room mist on the sleep menu, however staff had no idea and it wasn't available - No light switch for the lamp so it stays on all night (had to unscrew the bulb) - Toilet paper is extremely thing and probably not even 1 ply - The bin in the bathroom was extremely dirty and not ben cleaned - Booked spa but they were unable to confirm until 2 hours before treatment time showing lack of consideration

I enjoyed the property, though getting there and finding a way in was a bit confusing. The breakfast choices were amazing, really great variety, the service and rooms were great as well.

The hotel is fine but it’s seemed very much a business hotel versus a luxury hotel. The property is otherwise wonderful but be prepared for constant social media junkies recording everywhere (very annoying). Their restaurant was perhaps the most disappointing from a service stand point - the food was delicious but staff is inexperienced and food took way too long (24-30 mins wait after ordering). I was most disappointed by the restaurant staff otherwise okay. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to relax and experience Indian 5star customer service. If you want an in and out, no thrills business hotel, not bad.

Most of the facility was upto expected standards, clean, nice materials with competitive pricing. Bathroom was basic. Staff was friendly and responsive. The Breakfast Buffet had wide variety but lacked good flavors suited to Indian tastes. The same for the dinner buffet which was bland to taste and definitely not appealing to Indian tastes or those like to have some spiced up foods.

The property is excellent with new amenities, modern, chick. The staff is helpful and available at all times. Hotel staff is respectful and responsive to all guests. The hotel is neat and tidy with latest technologies available in the room including the TV. Everything is amazing. Not issues at all

Property is good, but the public in the hotel was too low, the buffet at the restaurant was not up to the grade of 5 star hotel , food was cold, people dinning in the restaurant was too low , they were taking the food with their hands, some of them were walking barefoot, also while returning to the room we saw some people standing in the lobby chatting and made us uncomfortable, we had the flight to catch early morning, we called the front desk to transfer our luggage by 3am in the morning, no body showed up , we had to drag the luggage to the downstairs lobby. So sorry to say we will not use these hotel next time.
