スタッフと対応も素晴らしく、部屋に入ると布団もすでにセッティングされており、部屋からの眺めも良く最高でした。 朝ごはんも7時は混雑してますが、少し待てば落ち着いて食べれたしドーナツやわたあめの機会も置いてあり、小さいお子様連れにもオススメです！

トリバゴから洋室表記での予約。実際に予約されてたのは和室でした。急なお願いで申し訳なかったのですが、足が思うように動かない為布団の和室ではなく洋室に変更して欲しい事を伝えると嫌な様子を見せず対応していただけました。面倒なお願いだったので感謝しかありません。ホテルは全体的に清潔感あり。静かな場所に建ててあるのでぐっすり眠れます。空調による全館管理？の為か室温は自分にはやや暑く感じましたが、季節によっては快適に感じると思います。

子供連れで家族で宿泊しました。 また泊まりたいと思う素敵な場所でした。 事前予約が必要になりますが、 東郷駅まで送迎バスを頼むこともできます。 ラウンジではお酒やソフトドリンク、 お菓子の提供があり、大人も子供も リラックスして楽しめました(^^) ビュッフェのお料理は品数も多く、 多国料理でとても充実していました。 どのお料理も美味しかったです。 ホテルから東郷駅に向かう際、 宗像大社に寄りたいというお願いにも 快く引き受けてくださって おかげさまでお参りすることができました。 大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。

なぜか　お風呂に忘れてしまったシャンプーも　プールに忘れてしまった浮き輪　４つ　も 水中眼鏡も　すぐに　フロントに聞いたのだが 見つからず... 夜　花火を持参したが　バケツなどは貸して貰えるのに　火の貸し出しはなし　... なぜだろう？と　思うところはありました 食事は　流石に　連泊したら飽きましたが たくさんあって　良かったです お風呂は綺麗で良かったが　 午前中は６時から１１時までで　短い 午後も３時 から　１１時も　ちょっと短いなぁと思いました

父の喜寿祝いで家族１４人で利用しました。 オールインクルーシブでプール上がり、風呂上がり、食事中、食後のラウンジでの飲み放題。 おつまみデザートのサービス。 素晴らしいサービスに感動しっぱなしでした！！ 朝夕のバイキングも、すばらしく豪華な食材、デザートも子どもたちも大喜びで、またきたい！！と、おもえるホテルでした！！

まず、スタッフの方々がとても感じ良く親切でした。チェックイン時の案内や、問い合わせに対する対応など、分かりやすくて良かったです。また、食事もどれも美味しくて嬉しかったです。 ただ、客室にいると周辺の部屋から、子供の騒ぎ声や飛び跳ねたりする音が夜遅くまで続き、とても残念でした。また、食堂のトイレが汚くて、４つの個室のうち１つしか使えず不便でした。 小さなお子さんを連れたお客さんには、予め騒音に対して注意喚起するなど、配慮が必要だと思います。また、トイレは大勢が使う時間帯などは、途中でスタッフが見にこられたらいいのでは？と感じました。
