"Spent a night in the cabin with my girlfriend to get away from the city for a night. Location to Rickets Glen State Park is amazing. I highly suggest doing the main waterfall trail there. Takes about 3 hours with moderate difficulty due to a lot of steps and slippery surfaces. The cabin definitely has an authentic rustic feel if that’s what you’re looking for. "Francis was great and answered all our questions to make sure we were all set for our little getaway. Once there, we had a friendly care taker next door that offered us privacy, but also gave us some insight to all the activities available to us. We were surprised by traffic, but once in the back of the home with a little music you would have never known you were right beside the road. Definitely recommend and want to stay again in the future! "

"The house was beautifully kept and clean. It was well supplied with everything we needed. The one thing that was a bit of a suprise was the no Wifi/ phone service at the house and throughout the area. A little unnerving in that if we had an emergency and/or of family need to reach us. Once we got over the intial surprise then we were able to appreciate the time to unwind, seperate from the social media and decompress. Spend real quality time with the family. "

"Good breakfast .. tub hard to drain. No USB ports. Great - 2 luggage stands. But ice is only on one floor and hotel has lots of branches to walk and there really is only one main elevator. There is a second one down by the larger suite rooms but that is way inconvenient to get to. Nice large TV and internet was sufficient. Issue was a lot of walking if you need ice . Nice large refrigerator and microwave in room and cookies and coffee in common area. "
