A wonderful place to use as your base in Erding. Apartment was very clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were comfortable and generally spacious. Host was wonderful and helpful when we had question. Also has an undercover parking spot for a car which was helpful when it snowed.

Very clean and tidy, reasonably priced during Oktoberfest. Walking distance to train station. No laundry as listed on US website, some confusion on listing. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Cute & Spacious Apartment
This spacious apartment had separate beds for our family of 5, with the most comfortable beds of anywhere we stayed in Europe. We chose it for its proximity to the airport before flying back to the states. Very nice that we had parking off the street for our rental car too. The owners live below and checked on us the night we arrived. Frau Held doesn’t speak English, but we communicated just fine, she even made dinner reservations for us, because the night before Christmas Eve all places close early. We were grateful for her help.

Very Accommodating!
We stayed in this families apartment for 3 nights while in the town of Erding. (2 at the beginning of our trip and 1 at the end) They were very accommodating to our travel needs. It was a warm atmosphere, updated and comfortably spacious for our party of 4 adults. Easily could have 2 more adults stay with us. Close to the airport and also to Munich where we spent our time. Thank you, Family Held for your hospitality. Bis Aufswiedersehen!!

Spacious and comfortable apartment close to airport and Therme Erding
We wanted to visit the world's largest thermal spa in the evening and be ready for an early trip to the airport the next morning, and the Helm Family's apartment in Erding was the perfect solution. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare a quick breakfast, and coffee was provided free. There was off-street parking at the front door under a carport. The host met us at the front door and showed us everything. Highly recommended.

We stayed here one night before an early flight out of Munich Airport since it's only about 20 minutes away via car. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and we were able to park in the carport by the front door. The owner lives downstairs and was there to greet us when we arrived. There is a grocery store just up the street. We decided to get a few things to eat for dinner from the store, so I don't know about the quality or closeness of restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable, and there was a baby bed for little ones. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend if you need somewhere to stay before flying.

We could not be happier with this apartment. It was absolutely beautiful and the owners were awesome
The Held Family was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful apartment, parking right in the driveway and an absolutely beautiful area. Me and my three friends were more than comfortable in this apartment, and the supermarket is right down the street! Extremely convenient, and the town of Erding is a wonderful place. The Held's could not have been more hospitable, I recommend staying here to anyone who wants a beautiful home to stay in while on vacation.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Erding
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in einer schönen Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden war, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern klappte gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für Ausflüge nach München und in die Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Gut für Kurztrip
Grundsätzlich fanden wir die Wohnung sehr schön und für unseren Kurztrip super. Wir fanden die Matratzen aber leider ziemlich durchgelegen und bspw. der Wasserkocher könnte hin und wieder mal ein entkalken gebrauchen.

Sehr freundliche Familie die uns alles gezeigt und erklärt haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2-3min zu Fuß entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Wohnung. War alles sehr schön und in der Wohnung war auch alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Werden sicher mal wieder kommen.
