Very nice staff. Breakfast is really super for a budget hotel. Room was cleaned every day. Room (triple) seemed to be refurbished recently. The lift worked fine. I can´t ask for more in this price range. No problems in the surrounding are. Not very much traffic and no noise at the weekend or weekdays. Yes, there are some drunks and addicts outside the U-Bahn station, but nowadays that´s common in every city in the world. Felt safe any time of day.

Wonderful property!!! If you are looking for a clean, basis, simple room, in a great location (15-20 minutes walk to main station), and helpful staff (particularly the night staff - gentleman offered me an umbrella when it was raining even), and a great value. I would stay again - definitely. All that said, if you need more than basic and simple, this is not this is not the place for you.

First time in Munich, staff was excellent sharing information how to go to places and find transportation. Needs A/C really bad. All the front desk staff was great! Hotel is in a really convenient place, bakeries, restaurant, pharmacy, bus, trans, train, Marienplatz, etc are a few steps from this Location.

This hotel was very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and nightlife. The room wasn't dirty, but it was below average. My bed was not very comfortable, and the TV had poor channel selection, and intermittent picture on some channels. This hotel is in a noisy area. I stayed on a Saturday night and I could hear club music very early into Sunday morning, The staff was friendly, but they would not allow an early check in (I arrived 12:30, check-in was 15:00). I rate the experience ~2.8 stars out of 5.
