The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and everything worked. Had a corner room with a balcony and another window, was helpful to try to get a breeze through the room as weather was scorchio. Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced. For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front. With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains.

Pros: Massive room | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Window and balcony onto local area below | Kitchen including benchtop space and coffee| Westkreuz station at doorstep (though this is the side with stairs; the other side with the lifts is a further 5 min walk away with street crossings) | Shops (including groceries) and restaurants downstairs too Cons: No reception at all on weekends except Oktoberfest (though there is an emergency phone number) - should have been notified prior to check-in | Old school key | Westkreuz station not quite as well serviced after hours like Pasing station

Transportation into the center of the city is two minutes away from the door. We arrived on a Saturday, when the desk was closed, so we had to figure out the procedure to get our key, but once we were in, it was a perfect stay.

Pluses - one minute from the S-bahn station where you can connect to everywhere; very spacious; great little kitchen Minuses - the bathroom often smelled like sewage (maybe a drain trap problem); I arrived on a Sunday and the reception was closed, it took a half hour with hotels.com to find the code to open the key box

客室は清潔でスタッフも親切でした 駅を出て目の前にあるのでとてもアクセスしやすいです。最寄駅から空港へ直通する電車も走っています。 ドアの鍵が開きにくいのが難点です

Både bra och dåligt.

Det mesta var bra, lätt incheckning, trevligt rum men synd med heltäckningsmatta i varma rum. Det var även gamla, halvtrasiga dörrhandtag på flera dörrar. Badrummet var fräscht och kändes nytt. Tyvär riktigt gammalt trött kylskåp och kaffebryggare saknades även om det stod att det skulle finnas. Läget var utmärkt, nära till butiker samt kommunikation.

Das Hotel Gästehaus Forum am Westkreuz zeichnet sich aus durch seine exzellente Lage direkt gegenüber dem Eingang zum S-Bahnhof. Im und um das Hotel herum war es angenehm ruhig. Alles ist in der Nähe, was nötig ist. Auch eine gute Gastronomie ist unmittelbar vor dem Hotel zu finden. Ein- und Auschecken verlief schnell und ohne irgendeine Komplikation. Die Frau an der Rezeption und die Frau, die für die Reinigung zuständig war, machten einen sehr guten Job. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und das geräumige Zimmer genossen. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Charme der 70er-Jahre

Große Zimmer mit Kochnische Balkon, allerdings stark in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Ärgernis war der Fernseher. Sowohl Strom- als auch Antennenkabel waren herausgerissen, und der Apparat musste von Grund auf neu konfiguriert werden, was ich in knapp zweistündiger Kleinarbeit auch irgendwann hinbekommen habe. Pluspunkte sammelt diese Unterkunft vor allem wegen des außergewöhnlich netten Personals an der Rezeption, die leider nicht durchgängig besetzt ist.

In dieser gepflegten, sauberen Unterkunft habe ich mich rundum wohl gefühlt, ein wirklich tolles Appartement!! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das etwas breitere Einzelbett mit einer super bequemen Matratze. Des Weiteren hat der Check-in ohne Anwesenheit des Personals ganz prima geklappt. Toll ist ausserdem, dass mann/ frau die S-Bahn direkt vor der Türe hat.
