1-Horrible sofa bed to sleep on 2-Car service from airport to the hotel price was 20 euros more than what hotel originally told me and it was arranged by the hotel. 3-room was musty and small 4-wifi is not great 5-location is good

Located central to major attractions and train station. Staff is friendly and respond to request very well. The area is relatively quiet and very safe. However, the room is a bit small and with a family of 3, we didn't have much room to walk around. There is a Italian restaurant right next to the hotel and it is highly recommended!

As I have learned in traveling, no property is without its glitches. It finally comes down to how they are handled. The glitches here were a safe that didn’t lock and the light wouldn’t work. Everyone at the front desk was helpful.
