The staff provided excellent service. The advertisement for "restaurant" is a bit misleading. There's a very limited menu, very limited. The rooms are distant from the reception area. To access the rooms you must have a room key to open the door to hotel rooms area, which is great. The beds are super comfortable, and the room size is typical for a hotel room in Europe. There's no phone in the room, which can be an inconvenience to patrons who are from another country, and there's no phone number provided to call the front desk staff for questions. The hotel guide on the TV is missing a lot of information, and there's not an information packet in the room.
Overall, it was decent. For Americans who enjoy iced beverages, the communal ice machine wasn't working. The bar and reception staff were very accommodating when asked to get ice from the bar. It was a bit of a walk to go get ice, and no ice bucket was provided, only a glass of ice. This is a cultural thing. I'm just adding as an FYI.
Overall, the staff is exceptionally courteous, the hotel is clean, safe, and close to the airport.
