It was new. Clean and fair value. However, if you are not there long term, there is no cooking pots or pans and cutlery in the room. You have to pick them up from reception if you require them. Why have a kitchen in the room if you have no facilities to take advantage of it. Also the parking at €22 per night is just taking the mickey. The car park was empty! Don’t get this.

The bathroom was particularly impressive—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. One of the biggest perks was the location: just a 1-minute walk to the train station, with a direct 25-30 minute train ride to Munich city center. Ideal for both relaxation and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munich.
