"I was on a cycling holiday across the Netherlands and had cycled 50km when I arrived at the property. While checking I realised that I had left my bank card in the previous town some 10 km away. The proprietress checked me in without payment and after I had a badly needed shower drove me there and back to collect their card. Really friendly and personable and a very comfy bed!"

"What an excellent place to stay - in the centre of the city. The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is definitely worth enjoying. Heartily recommended."

"Room was good, comfy bed, climate control was difficult. Restaurant was poor for an international hotel with only Dutch language menu available. Poor service meant coffee and dessert were not ordered as nobody was interested in asking diners once main course had been consumed. Breakfast was expensive and food too salty Otherwise staff were very helpful and friendly."
