Municipality of Haarlem Holidays

My first reaction was small property but everything is the same around, and to be honest the room was spacious, bigger than expected. Even though I didnt find the heater, it was warm. The only problem I got was the mold on the shower door. It gave me an allergy reaction and fever. That door must be taken away.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good central location to explore what Amsterdam has to offer. Room was clean and warm and perfect for us. Tram stop just outside the hotel that you can use to get all around Amsterdam. If we return to Amsterdam we would definitely book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay

The Hoxton was in a great location the rooms were clean but the 1st night we were put in a room which was close to a staff through fare and there was a banging door every 3 minutes after speaking with the manager the room was changed for a smaller than booked room they offered to pay for breakfast to make up for this but we were still out of pocket 65 pounds. There were also issues with service for the bar and restaurant with food coming late and seating not available in bar area as the were very busy.

The staff was super nice. Specially Samuel who went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Property was in lovely condition and very clean. The bed was really hard so wasn’t great to sleep on and the electric controls in the rooms were intermittent at times so made it difficult to operate.
