The property itself was well maintained and clean. My issue was with the staff. They were very unconcerned and unhelpful. We wanted to extend our stay by two nights and when we eventually did so on bookings, the hotel receptionist (both of them) told us that we had to check out and check back in at 3pm.. for the same room.. so we basically had to move out of the room and move in back 4 hours later. . Staff was definitely rude and wont ever recommend this place because of them.there are many other hotels closer and cheaper.

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, great view of the bridge from the window. Lost a star due to a very young baby in the room right next door, crying all night. Not helped by the adjoining room door reducing any sound proofing. I was a little concerned that I could see right in to the neighbouring ..."
