"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. "There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"We had a lovely stay here for two nights. The room was very spacious and overall clean but did have some scuffs and marks on walls and floors. It was super convenient to walk from the train station and to the river/old town so I would definitely recommend it for that. The staff was incredible. Very kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The only thing we noticed was the noise in our room. It was very loud early in the morning with traffic and people talking down on the street. I assume this is difficult to avoid when in a city and great location but for anyone who might be traveling with children or needing quality sleep, I would be mindful. "
