Splendid villa 2/4/6 beds 750 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of COSTA REI accessible on foot with a comfortable walk, 400 meters away is the shopping center with super market, fish shop, newsagent, pharmacy, pastry shop, rotisserie , jewelery and bazaar, on Thursday and Saturday you can go shopping at the local market. The house has a garden with green lawn, large veranda for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower, water supply, satellite TV. Internally the villa has a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom on the ground floor, and two other bedrooms in the loft, bathroom with shower. The house is fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, iron, microwave, cot, high chair etc .. At 7 meters from the house there is a private pool open in July, August and mid-September with daily, weekly and monthly passes

Sehr schönes Apartment
Schönes Apartment und nicht zu weit in den Ort. Pizzeria gleich gegenüber. Der Badestrand ist nicht überlaufen.

Tolle Wohnung/ gemütlicher Außenbereich
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Bequeme Gartencouch und Außendusche. 1,2km zum Strand. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten daher auch zu noch abgelegeneren Stränden ohne Auto. Pizzeria direkt gegenüber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Michele. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr gepflegt und wirklich nette Vermieter! Immer wieder gerne
Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist zutreffend, der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war gut, Michele war sehr zuvorkommend, alles hat gut geklappt. Im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke für eine entspannte Ankunft. Insbesondere die Außendusche und der große Steingrill sind unverzichtbar. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Lg Roberto aus Hessen :)

Schöner Urlaub an der Costa Rai
Das Haus glänzt vor allem mit dem Außenbereich. Dort ist es wirklich gemütlich mit Fernseher, Sitzecke, 2 Liegen, 6er Tisch und Grill. Innen ist es etwas etwas klein für mehr als 4 Personen. Die Dusche ist vor allem sehr eng und auch das Obergeschoss ist räumlich klein gehalten. Zum schlafen reicht es aber allemal! Das Haus hat oben und unten eine gut zu regulierende Klimaanlage. Im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies (13,15) haben uns im Haus von Michele sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöner Garten, gute Ausstattung, tolle Grillmöglichkeit. Michele ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind für Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. Wie im Inserat beschrieben, ist die Treppe recht steil. Für uns war es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In unmittelbarer Nähe , ca. 30 m befindet sich eine tolle Pizzeria.

Ottima casa per le vacanze
Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze estive, la casa ha rispecchiato tutte le nostre aspettative. Il mare dista a circa 5 minuti a piedi passando per stradine per lo più pedonali. I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.

Tolles Haus
Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön. Besonders hat uns gefallen, das sämtliche Elektrogeräte perfekt funktioniert haben. Insbesondere, das immer ein guter Wasserdruck war, immer heißes und genug Wasser. Das Einzige, das uns etwas gestört hat, ist, das die Duschkabine sehr eng ist, insbesondere der Einstieg in die Kabine, welcher etwas eng ist. Dazu: wir wiegen 55 KG und 75 KG, also schlank. Da sollte man schauen, ob die Möglichkeit besteht, eine größere Kabine einzubauen. Ansonsten war alles bestens und wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen Danke.

Schönes Ferienhaus, mit etwas niedrigem Dachgeschoss, ideal für Kinder.
Wir waren vom 17.11. - 03.11.18 an der Costa Rei. Nur zwei Regentage, ansonsten noch tolles Strandwetter. Die Fewo war sehr schön mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Alles sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Michele und Laura waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn es nötig war.

Everything as described
Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist zutreffend, der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war gut, Michele war sehr zuvorkommend, alles hat gut geklappt. Wir haben einen extra Sonnenschirm bekommen und im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke für eine entspannte Ankunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen ausgestattet. Für Menschen, die nicht als Familie reisen und alle Zimmer nutzen wollen, sei allerdings folgendes gesagt: Die Zimmer oben sind sehr klein, man kann kaum stehen, ein Raum hat Licht, der Schalter dafür ist allerdings im Nebenraum (= Durchgangszimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil, - nichts für einen Abgang mit schwerem Gepäck. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und von der Straße aus einsehbar. Bei Anreise wird zusätzlich in eine nicht unerhebliche Tourismussteuer in bar verlangt , die in der Beschreibung dieses Angebots leider nirgendwo erwähnt wird. Wir haben davon erst zwei Tage vor Anreise erfahren und keine nähere Erläuterung dazu erhalten. Die Costa Rei mit ihrem großartigen Strand ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fischladen sind auf dem Weg dorthin, zweimal die Woche ist Markt. Fazit: Nettes Haus für einfache Ansprüche in toller Umgebung.

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Ca. 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. 2 Schlafzimmer unterm Dach nicht für große Menschen geeignet. Sehr gepflegter Garten.

Super Urlaub in nettem Häuschen in Costa Rei
Uns hat es an der Costa Rei sehr gut gefallen: Der Strand ist traumhaft und auch der Ort ist sehr nett, ein typischer Urlaubsort, aber nett angelegt, ohne Bausünden. Vom Haus läuft man ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Das Haus hat einen gepflegten Garten und eine große Terrasse, die Außendusche ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die beiden Zimmer oben haben ziemlich niedrige Decken, aber zum Schlafen ist es ok. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil, mit kleinen Kindern muss man etwas aufpassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit kalten Getränken empfangen - vielen Dank!

Bellissima casa
Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a villa Anna a luglio 2015 ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto bella con tutti i confort ed ha un bellissimo giardino. Mare e servizi sono vicini alla casa. Proprietari veramente gentili e disponibili .Il mare di costa rei è bellissimo

Super Urlaub in sehr schönem Haus
Die Costa Rei im Süden Sardiniens ist wirklich perfekt zum Urlaub machen. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch und die Strände sind traumhaft. Das Haus ist wunderschön und war perfekt geeignet für 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden im Haus und die Vermieter sind sensationell! Insbesondere die Außendusche und der große Steingrill sind unverzichtbar. Als wir ankamen waren im Kühlschrank bereits kalte Getränke, Brot und Kuchen war auch da. Michele, seine Frau und seine Eltern kümmern sich hervorragend wenn man irgendetwas braucht. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Toller Urlaub an der Costa Rei :-)

Stupenda casa è bellissimo mare
Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati in questa bellissima villetta per 20 giorni , la casa è tenuta in maniera maniacale, il giardino è veramente grande. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto. La casa è vicina a tutti i servizi che costa rei offre. Il mare è fantastico. Amiamo la Sardegna. Voto 10

Vacanze fantastiche
Abbiamo trovato la sistemazione splendida,in un contesto curato e rilassante a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Costa rei. Gli spazi esterni sono un notevole valore aggiunto,gli ambienti puliti e funzionali.La villa è vicino a tutti i servizi che costa rei offre. Il proprietario Michele molto cortese e disponibile ci ha addirittura fatto trovare all'arrivo bibite e frutta fresca. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
La villetta è splendida.... inserita in un complesso delizioso e tranquillo e a pochi centinaia di metri dalla bianchissima spiaggia di Costa Rei. E' accogliente arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni confort. Il giardino è curatissimo e provvisto di lettini, doccia, barbecue e tutto il necessario per cenare all'aperto. Devo dire che il pezzo forte della casa sono i proprietari, in particolare Michele sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi evenienza e a darti preziosi consigli sulle varie calette della zona. La casa ci è stata consegnata in maniera impeccabile, pulitissima e iper accessoriata. Nelle vicinanze: Ristoranti, Super Market e il giovedì e sabato mercato rionale; Ci torneremo sicuramente !!!!

Da ripetere sicuramente!
E' tutto realmente come viene presentato. La villetta, inserita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo, è carina, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax. L'incantevole giardino, dotato di lettini prendisole e doccia rinfrescante, invita a non muoversi più di lì ma poi si pensa all'acqua cristallina e alla spiaggia infinita di sabbia bianca distante appena 600 metri e si parte. Di fronte a casa c'è un buon ristorante mentre a 300 metri c'è il centro commerciale con super mercato, rosticceria, bar, pizzeria, pescheria ecc. dove il sabato e il giovedì si svolge il mercato rionale con tutti prodotti tipici dell'isola. I propietari abitano nelle vicinanze e sono gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Insomma che dire....noi ci torniamo di sicuro!

Mooi huis, mooie plek aan de Costa Rei
Het huisje ligt aan de prachtige Costa Rei stranden. Kilometers wit zand, en helder blauwe zee. We waren er begin mei, er is dan weinig open.Binnen een straal van 3 kilometer 5 pizzeria's, en 2 tot 3 supermarkten, enkele krantenstalletjes en een benzinepomp. Het is laagseizoen, dus geen stranden vol met ligstoelen, zelf strandhanddoeken meenemen. Boodschappen en broodjes binnen 500 meter van het huisje. Het huisje ligt in een vakantiepark met huisjes van diverse eigenaren. Er is geen entree/receptie. je doet zelf zaken met de eigenaar, vraag een duidelijke routebeschrijving en houdt je telefoon bij de hand als je er voor de eerste keer heen rijdt. Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, 9 slaapplekken schat ik in. Beneden een slaapkamer, douche en toilet, wasmachine en goede keuken met koel en vrieskast, oven en gasfornuis. Er is geen internet ondanks dat dat wel staat aangegeven. Boven nog 5 slaapplekken , 2 slaapkamers en een zolderbed. Het is niet echt stevig gebouwd boven, zware mensen boven zou ik niet aanraden, kinderen wil wel. Het huisje is gehorig, ook naar de buren toe, maar ach, geluiden wen je aan. De tuin is geweldig, buitendouche en barbeque ter beschikking. Mooie natuur, vogels om je heen. Er is voldoende keukengerij, tafels en stoelen ook. Kleine tv, weinig stopkontakten, neem verlengsnoer mee. De familie is geweldig, Anna (de moeder) en zoonlief Michele. Heerlijk fruit stond op de tafel, de koelkast was gevuld met wijn, bier en frisdrinken. De familie wil je echt een goed vakantiegevoel geven en dat is heel plezierig. Tijdens de vakantie heb je er geen last van, ze laten je dan met rust. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, maar de natuur in de binnenlanden is net zo mooi als de stranden. Er is echt heel veel strand (zandstrand) in dit gebied te vinden, echt een aanrader. Tegenover het huisje zit een zwembad en pizzeria. Gesloten begin mei, maar in de zomer open. Er zal dan wel geluid naar je toe komen, maar het halen van een pizza of drinken van een kopje koffie is dan voor de deur, alsmede het zwemmen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug, deze prachtige plek op dit mooie deel van Italië.
