"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"Great apartment for 2 people very friendly very clean Room serviced every day, reception were very friendly Easy walking to shops and restaurants especially Bombay Tacos which was Indian and Mexican great service and lovely food. The hotel was easily walkable and on the level close to beach, funfair also mud baths very near which had flamingos walking around Great time would recommend "

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"Comfortable, home from home type place, washing machine meant there was little washing to be done once home, good location, close to the main road and multiple grocery shops and a good choice of restaurants/cafés nearby, could maybe do with a welcome book and the light bulb in the twin bedroom needs replacing, clearer instruction on check out would be helpful, all in all a great place to stay"

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"This is a spacious family apartment with a good sized kitchen. Jose was very helpful and prompt on arrival. It would be ideal for a family holiday. Although it is basic, everything worked ok and plenty of hot water. The Kitchen was very well equipped and the gas hob worked although the oven looked unusable? "Receptionist who checked us in was wonderful , she was young with long dark hair. The food in hotel was not good, the dining staff were harassed with only a few tables booked in for dinner so we left . Breakfast was cold .. and the Irish pub on site had limited food ."
