"We had a speedy checkin with welcoming reception staff. The hotel location was ideal for our short stay in Interlaken. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. "Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."

"This was our first trip to the Jungfrau region and we spent four nights at the hotel Victoria Lauberhorn. We loved the area and the staff was highly accommodating to our needs, including my wife’s food allergies. The only thing I would do different is the choice of rooms. We chose the increased rate for a “panoramic view” which sounds amazing because there is so much beauty to look at. What they don’t mention is that the patio is shared by the entire first floor. Therefore, we had people walking by our windows a fair amount. I would’ve preferred a more private view where we could leave the windows open and enjoy the night air. Other than that, it was absolutely a great place to stay. "
