"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"The lower hot tub (shown in the property pictures) was the star of the stay! The peace and quiet and view of the ocean are worth the visit. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. "Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. "My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!"
