"A very nice hotel , located right by the villa Torlonia ( a very stunning park to walk around) the area feels generally safe and the hotel is secure and gated. "In general, we love our stay in this hotel. Very old style, close to the train station and breakfast amazing. Bad thing; the Expedia profile says that this property has AC. When we get there, we noticed that the AC was not working. Front desk told us that the AC was off during this time of the year, and suggested to open the window, which was weird for us. "The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows really comfortable. We had a front aspect with a lovely little balcony but you can hear the traffic and buses are noisy until fairly late at night. Breakfast has all you could want in terms of variety and the tiny little custard filled ‘balls’ with the sweet pastries were amazing! Rooftop bar is gorgeous, even in November but the drinks bill was the priciest we paid for our whole trip....
