"Location is in a middle of a council estate.. when I arrived there was a torn piece of paper stuck to the door saying ring Ahmed for check in. "The property was clean, recently decorated, well-equipped and comfortable. When I arrived, I had to report to the owner that a smoke detector near my bedroom was faulty and making a loud beeping noise, so she had this removed very promptly. We never needed to meet, but communicated a number of times, and Grace seems a very pleasant, helpful and hospitable lady. "

"Everything went well. Check in was tedious due to no information regarding check in until a few hours before arrival. The images provided a larger interior than what was realistic. Cleanliness was lacking, bathrooms and bedrooms were slightly dirty but acceptable, trash was left by previous tenants. Backyard had trash and clothes from previous tenants scattered around. Dishwasher was broken, and the washer/dryer combo was inaccurate. Just a washing machine. "

"Standard was very low. The bed was terrible as one could feel the strings of the mattress. The bedsheets were dirty and there were no extra clean bedsheets. There were no towels. The fridge was not working. Power was cut off for about 10 hours during our first night which left us shivering in the cold. I was amazed and saddened at the rate standards are falling at Vrbo."

"Smaller house yes but this really felt like home had the house to ourselves most of the time and our house guests Charles and Rachel made stay feel like home! Nice neighborhood close enough to everything we needed yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. On a decent bus line and close enough to easily catch Uber anytime! We look forward to visiting again!!! We'll definitely use this residence again if available!!! I really hope you guys have an awesome time in London 🙏🙏"
