"We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated.
