"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. "A lovely comfy home with a wonderful view of the Moselle, convenient parking, a sweet back garden and the surprise of an indoor pool, sauna and steam room for relaxing in after a big day of sightseeing. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."
