"My parents visited after I booked this property for them without much idea of lrje area and property. As per their feedback getting their isn’t straight and area feels odd. Doesn’t feel like resort as looked so nice in pic. Property isn’t maintained up to the standards of the pic. and their service was just OK. "

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "

"very good property on highway with quit rooms and its backyard with farms of sugarcane. nicely maintained and lot of dinning option must visit if travelling to Haridwar from Delhi "
