Our Victor suite room Balcony was beautiful decoration with cool city view, very large and good bathtub, we loved this room so much. Hotel location and staffs was great. We booked our sapa and ha long bay trip was good promotion. We like this hotel.

Hanoi is bustling city and Peridot is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It's hidden off the street but once you go inside, you are met with luxury and incredible service. The rooms offer all you need to rest and I used both the laundry service as Vietnam is HOT and the spa two times. Laundry service was picked up in the morning and delivered in the same evening. I visited the spa 2 times because the service/massage were AMAZING. Ask for Li - you won't be disappointed! I plan on returning to Hanoi again and Peridot will be my choice. Their care for you, service, food options and extras are amazing. You can't help but feel special here!

This place was the perfect location in "Old Town" Hanoi for us. You step right out into the heart of everything. We arrived by hotel transport from airport to accommodation. Everything ran smoothly from airport. Friendly, accommodating staff on arrival to hotel. We were given an upgrade to one of our rooms to an 'lake view' which was nice. The room we stayed in (President room) had a balcony with views on the city side, and to our surprise a "massage chair" - Wicked!! spacious room with large bathroom. Full kitchen facilities available in this room. Very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our booking. Large buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and would stay here again due to the service we received. Would recommend to other family and friends. Thank you for the comfortable stay!
