"The property was beautiful and clean. The options of 2 different pools and our own outdoor tub was amazing. The staff were helpful in arranging transfers and contacting our tour operators. It was far enough away from town to be quiet, but easily walkable for dinner and shopping. We highly recommended Elea!!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! And the front desk staff was so accommodating to arrange tours and transportations for us (thanks much to Dimitrius!). If we ever made it back to Santorini, we would definitely stay at Nikos Villas."

"A memorable stay with room for improvement The hotel’s location is truly excellent—definitely one of its strongest assets. The views are stunning, and the setting has all the charm you would expect from Santorini. The rooms are beautiful, reflecting the island’s traditional style. That said, there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates or renovations. Some of the furniture, both in the rooms and in the common areas (especially beach chairs, outdoor tables, and umbrellas), is starting to show signs of wear. Improving these would really enhance the guest experience and add value to the property. Sofia was extremely helpful during our stay—kind and attentive. Still, it would be great to have a more professional and consistent staff presence overall, especially given the hotel’s category and prime location. I share these comments with the best intentions, as the hotel has so much potential. With a bit of investment, it could become an even more exceptional place to stay. I truly hope these suggestions are taken as an opportunity to grow."

"We celebrated our 20th anniversary in Santorini and our stay at Charisma Suites was a big part of what made the trip so memorable. The property and rooms are stunning - amazing views, especially at sunset, private pool, luxurious and well appointed suite with a lot of thoughtful design touches. Breakfast, served on the balcony each morning, was delicious. Being located right in Oia, we took lots of walks through the village for sightseeing and shopping, came back to the room to rest and relax by the pool, and then went back out again for dinner and drinks. The Charisma staff are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We also appreciated that there is a parking lot right next to the property, and that made it easy to rent a car for a couple of days (booked with help from the staff) and easily get in and out to explore other parts of the island like Fira, Imerovigli and Pyrgos. All in all, we had a dream stay and would love to go back someday! "
