Enjoyed my stay but the staff was rude. Young black girl at the desk gave me a hard time at check out time because I asked for an extra hour due to an important business meeting and needed to be in my room in a controlled environment with silence. She didn’t want to give me extra time. Will take my business to Hilton hotels where they are very accommodating for issues like that matter.

All rooms have wonderful ocean views with balconies. Even the gym has a wall of windows that face the sea! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Close to Sheraton Convention Center and restaurants, so it’s convenient location. I’d highly recommend.
