"After numerous confirmations no one picked me up from the airport at 3:30 AM. Instead I had to walk through a dangerous neighborhood. The back door gate wouldn’t let me in so made me walk further with no lights on in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have my reservation, in fact I gave them the room number I was taking and the gentleman staying in there to check in earlier… Somehow they didn’t have the information. Instead, I had to take another room and resolve it the next...

"pas d'internet dans la chambre et environ 1h d'internet par jour en pointillé dans le lobby. Inacceptable pour un séjour business. Dommage car les chambres sont très bien."
