"Staff were great and pleasant. Well located within easy reach of the AO arena and victoria station. Only thing of note is the breakfast, the later you are down the longer you'll end up waiting for hot food. Day 1 I went down at 10 and it took an hour (they refunded me though for the wait) day 2 came ..."
