"Propriété non close donnant sur une route. Cela pose un problème de sécurité pour les enfants et animaux domestiques. Cette maison est non climatisée. Les chambres du haut ne permettent pas de dormir, tant la chaleur est insoutenable. La maison est très mal entretenue et équipée très sommairement, notamment sa cuisine obsolète, avec un vieux réfrigérateur bruyant sous-dimensionné pour une famille. La maison est très sale, nombreuses et très anciennes toiles d'araignée, noires de crasse, cheveux...
