This establishment was still a construction site during our stay but we still enjoyed our time regardless. We thought that the construction would prevent us from having a good time but this was not the case. My son enjoyed the kids' activities. We enjoyed it so much that we spent an extra night. We enjoyed the staff hospitality.

I feel this Hotel is suitable for travellers spending 1 night on arrival or before departures in Fiji. I would not recommend anyone spending a holiday there. Unlike the resorts on Denarau, its too far from shops, and other restaurants. Small land area, and apart from the pool, there is nowhere to go. We had to return to our room and keep doors closed due to the shocking loud disco music by the pool every day and night. We couldn't sit on our balcony due to the noise. So many guests were complaining about the music. The Harvest restaurant was terrible, we had to return meals as they were inedible. We have never returned reataurant food in our lives before. The Italian restaurant there was even worse. Our room was not serviced 2 days out of 6. Bin not emptied and floors covered in grit. We had to ask for Tbags, toilet paper and clean towels. Porters were mot available and we had to go and get our luggage on arrival after waiting 1.5 hours. We have been coming to Fiji for 30 years, tried many resorts but this is the worst experience we have had anywhere in the world. We usually stay at the Sheratan Denarau but it was booked out unfortunately. Our friends who were with us felt it was even worse than we have expressed. It presents well in photos, but the pool is the best part of the Hotel, and it too is badly designed, limited access to enter and leave the pool, as the gardens prevent access . We would never book there again, not even a 1 night stopover.

Outstanding staff, stunning venue. Its very new and lots to finish off. Dangerous protuding pastic covers in the bottom of the pool so several stubbed toes!! Spacious rooms and plenty of choice for food and drinks. Great place for families with young kids too.

This resort speaks for itself from the moment you check in. The actual actual foyer is a wow factor. So many free activities for adults & children & dining options galore. One of the best buffet breakfast on hand. The resort is not that far from Nadi town & the airport but will require transport. We just took a taxi which the hotel staff kindly organise for you.

The facilities were fantastic, friendly staff and food was fabulous. Great activities like water aerobics and things for kids to do. It will be even more amazing when all facilites completed in a years time. We will be back next year. They also really took care of my mum. Thankyou so much Crowne Plaza staff for a unforgetable holiday

Great stay all round. Kids voted as one of the best. The kids club team were full of energy every day. Special thanks to Seremiah in kids club who helped my daughter with the torch ceremony and showed lots of kindness during our stay. Zac at the restaurant who served us made the kids feel welcome. Lydiah at reception who was amazing. There are so many staff to thank but the word limit limits us. The welcoming and can-do attitude of the staff is really amazing to see. The building works did not have a significant impact. Food and breakfast was yum. Pools were lovely. The sea is not lovely here but that's why we did a boat tour. Glad we chose this place for 7 days.

The lobby and entrance of the property is grand. But when I booked through Expedia there is no warning that the property is still under construction. The noise from the work went on from 7am to 11pm. The beach view room was not enjoyable due to the noise. Construction is happening next to our room. Cant sit outside and enjoy the view or the pool unless you can put up with the noise. The bathroom extractor fan was not working and lighting in room. For $725 a night I could not even sleep properly but it was too late to find another place. Expedia did not inform or notify or the construction work neither did Crowne Plaza who know a booking was made. Poor poor approach to such a big issue. Ruined my time at the resort. What is the point of relaxing when you can escape the noise. Only day 2 was discounted due to noise. How about inform everyone that books that construction is happening so people are aware and can book somewhere else if they prefer a quiet environment for relaxing.

Crowne Plaza conveniently located close to Nadi town and other sightseeing locations. This resort was reopened beginning of 2024 after renovations, the rooms were large and convenient. The reception is beautiful with open flow , the restaurants and breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options, and cannot mention enough about the friendly staff that make Fiji experience all the more memorable. Had a great and pleasant stay will recommend and revisit Crowne if we go to Nadi again.
