"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the old town of Nafplio. We were able to drive up to the hotel to unload our luggage and then parked in the port. Walking distance to everything you want. The breakfast is spectacular and the owners and staff are friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just be aware that there is no elevator and there is a flight of steps up to the room. Not an issue for us, we loved the Aetoma."

"Very comfortable room with a kitchenette. Nice swimming pool on the roof with a great view. A short drive or walk from the centre of the town, but hard to find initially. No staff on site (have to go to the main hotel a few hundred metres away), but there are some very nice resident cats."

However, the shower is combined with the bathtub and only partially enclosed by a curtain, which doesn’t fully prevent water from splashing outside, making it a bit inconvenient. "We had a wonderful stay at Amaryllis Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and easy parking. The owner, Mr Ianni was amazing and beyond helpful. Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit...
