Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. Location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk from bus terminal. There are different style of restaurants within walking distance.

Very good location in town center (about 10 minute walk to ski lifts), but room was very basic. Only a very small closet with 4 hangers… would help if they added some hooks on the walls (which are bare). A nightstand and/or a table would be nice also.

ホテルの前には駐車場がなく公共の駐車場まで少し歩きましたが、荷物はホテルの前で下ろせました。冷蔵庫にはロールケーキが無料であり、帰りにはクッキーのお土産頂きました。お風呂か温泉で温ったまりました

ロケーションは良いものの、それ以上のメリット無し。複数人で宿泊なのに、アメニティは薄いタオル1枚で愕然としました。そして、簡易ベット並みのベットの硬さ。。以前と比べて円安に乗じて白馬エリアは相当値上がりしていますが、その中でこちらのホテルの値段の納得感が極めて低かったです。海外ではバックパッカーホテルでなければ、ここまで何もない部屋は珍しく、海外からのお客様を中心に相手に商売されるならば、もっとその点に力を入れるべきです。改善されない限り、もう泊まることはありません。

年季が入った建物だけど、清潔に保たれていた。浴場は小さめで、3人いたらいっぱい。でもお湯は気持ち良かったし、他に誰も入ってこなかったからゆったり入れた。
