Very clean and centralized hotel that is across of the Nagano station. Lots of different type of stores and places to eat with walking distance. Great breakfast buffet that includes traditional scramble eggs, bacon, sausage and toast

Excellent location just directly opposite JR station. Lots of shops & dining. Hotel is modern. Rooms are comfortable & clean but quite small. Staff is nice, some speaks English.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, welcoming and quiet. Even though we were next to the train station, we didn’t hear anything. There are a lot of dining options nearby but you shouldn’t miss the hote breakfast buffet, which has both Japanese and western options. It was a nice chance for my kids to try some unfamiliar Japanese food. Coffee was great too, and they had to-go cups as well. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. They helped me ship our luggage to our next hotel (takkyubin). There is a coin laundry and the machines dispense detergent so you don’t need to have some. Convenience store (I think 7-Eleven) and Don Quixote 1 block away. There’s a microwave on the lobby floor (4th) and table and chairs on the rooms. Only down side was no drawers to store clothes but there was a closet to hang them. Overall it was clean and relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel. I would recommend it for families and couples. I would definitely stay here again and will look for Tokyu brand hotels in other cities as well.

Room unfortunately reeked of urine during the night and although the smell was less when we turned on the room air con and deodoriser, this was not great as the room was very cold as a result. The room was serviced and smell disappeared but returned again when the air on was turned off. As a result 2 of the 3 nights were difficult to sleep due to the smell. Otherwise the hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very hospitable.

Great stay with excellent location
This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city of Nagano. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 3 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in storing our luggage prior to check in. Loved the location close to Nagano station (across the street). Room was clean & corner rooms are a good size. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with hand lotions, facial cleansers, etc was especially nice. Would stay here again on my next visit to Nagano.
