Breakfast buffet is same selection daily which can seem a bit like Groundhog Day. Set on a steep hilltop, do not even think of walking from the Nagasaki train station with luggage unless you are a world class hiker."

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"到着すると同時に丁寧な対応をして頂きとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクで頂いた和紅茶と羊羹がとても美味しかったです。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。お風呂が浴槽に段差がある事が分からず滑りそうになりましたが、お湯はとても気持ち良かったです。お庭も綺麗に手入れしてあって早朝の散策が気持ち良かったです。朝食の白米がとても美味しかったです。"

"Top notch place to stay while in Nagasaki. As per normal Marriot, the room were impeccable and quite luxurious. The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi service. It is tied to their Bonvoy services and does not work well with VPN. This is commonly throughout the Marriot system and annnoying from a connectivity standpoint. Ignoring the wireless issues, this was an overall excellent choice. Staff were extremely competent and friendly, food choices (while pricey) were very good. Would visit again and highly recommend. "
