The actual condition of the hotel is quite different from the photos shown online. The guestroom itself was acceptable but showing its age. The ceiling was peeling (fake woodgrain paper). The only Wi-fi service available is in the lobby which smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The hot-spring baths were nice and the food was good. They did accommodate my vegetarian needs.

浴衣サービスやお部屋の広さ、お茶菓子のサービス、スタッフの親切さは満点でした。 館内にボーリング、卓球場もあり、貸切露天風呂も利用させていただきました。高級な旅館が立ち並んで古びた感はありますが、お値段が安かったし、気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。 ありがとうございました

外観は、ちょっと古いかな…と思ったけど、お部屋もお風呂もとても綺麗で、とても快適に過ごせた。お料理もとても豪華で、すごく美味しかった！ お部屋の広さに対して、借りた加湿器がとても小さく、部屋の中は乾燥していた。

家族旅行で利用しました。スタッフの方皆さん、とても親切で、本当に気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉が良くて、建物や部屋が綺麗でも、スタッフさんの対応が悪ければ最悪の旅行になってしまうのですが、今回の旅行は本当に良かったと、家族全員が思っています。
